The remuneration for 08 hours of work per day will be calculated at 1/30th of the basic pay + Dearness Allowance of the relevant pay scale.
A 3% annual increment in basic pay is admissible, subject to satisfactory performance during the contract period.
House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided if quarters are not made available by AWEIL units.
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the Trade Test/Practical Test conducted by the Academy of Weapon Technology & Management, Ichapur.
