Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the essential qualifications and experience requirements for the respective posts.

• Essential Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. Must have 20 years or more of Engineering experience and have retired at the level of Executive Engineer/equivalent cadre [Pay Level 10 or 11 (VII CPC)] or above from Central / State Govt. / PSU / Govt. autonomous bodies.
• Desirable Qualification & Experience: Experience in Civil works, designing, estimation, construction management of large projects, coordinating with multi-disciplinary consultants, architects, and construction agencies. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Higher Education University / Centrally Funded Technical University or Reputed Educational University.

• Essential Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/ University with one year of relevant experience OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with three years of experience in a relevant field from Central PWD/ State PWD or Similar Organised Services/ Statutory or Autonomous Organisations/ Central/ State Universities/ Autonomous Institutions or Private Organization.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for the posts are:

• Consultant (Civil): 65 Years
• Technical Assistant (HVAC): 35 Years

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration per month as follows:

• Consultant (Civil): Rs. 65,000
• Technical Assistant (HVAC): Rs. 29,200

Selection Process

The University may conduct a written test if required, followed by an interview. The University has the right to decide the mode of screening and testing applicants for shortlisting and selection. Candidates will need to produce original documents at the time of the interview.
