Experience RequirementsFor candidates working in PSUs or other organizations with IDA/VDA pay scales, their pay scale will be equated with the CDA pattern pay scales.
Age LimitThe maximum age limit for deputationists is 56 years. The age limit is subject to general guidelines issued by the Central Government/Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
Candidates appointed on deputation will receive compensation and benefits as per DERC (Management & Development of Human Resources) Regulations, 2001, and applicable terms. This includes:
Appointments on deputation are initially for a period not exceeding three years, extendable up to a maximum of six years.
The selection process for these posts is based on deputation. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. More stringent criteria may be applied for shortlisting candidates to be called for interview.
