| Educational Qualification | - Super Specialist (Entry Level/Senior Consultant): A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. MCh/DM/DNB or equivalent in the concerned Super specialty. All post graduate additional qualifications must also be registered with the Medical Council.
- Specialist (Junior/Senior): Post Graduate Degree/DNB, or Diploma in concerned speciality after MBBS with TCMC registration. For Casualty/ICU, PG Degree or PG Diploma holders in Anesthesiology/General Medicine/Pulmonary Medicine/Emergency Medicine and registered with Medical Council. All post graduate additional qualifications must also be registered with the Medical Council.
- Senior Resident: For Superspeciality departments, DM/DrNB in concerned superspeciality is preferred over MD/DNB in General Medicine. For Specialty departments, Post Graduate Degree/DNB, or Diploma in concerned specialty after MBBS with TCMC registration is required. For ICU, PG Degree or PG Diploma holders in Anesthesiology/General Medicine/Pulmonary Medicine/Emergency Medicine/Critical care medicine and registered with Medical Council is required. For Casualty, PG Degree in Emergency Medicine is preferred. In its absence, PG degree or PG Diploma holders in Anesthesiology/General Medicine/Pulmonary Medicine/Critical care Medicine and registered with Medical Council will be considered. In the absence of post graduate qualifications, MBBS doctors with at least two years experience in concerned specialities and registered with Medical Council will be selected for Casualty department.
