How to Apply
Follow these step-by-step instructions to successfully apply for the ESIC Teaching Faculty walk-in-interview, ensuring all required documents are submitted.
- Prepare all testimonials in original and one self-attested copy, including Age Proof, MBBS Certificate, PG Degree/Diploma Certificate, MCI/SMC Registration Certificate, M.Sc Certificate (if applicable) with PhD degree, BCME & BCBR Certificate (wherever necessary), two recent passport size photographs, Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC) & I&A Certificate (for EWS candidates), PWD Certificate (if applicable), Experience Certificate (wherever applicable), and No Objection Certificate from present employer (if applicable).
- Fill the Common Application Form for Walk-in-Interview (available in the notification).
- Candidates can send their self-attested dossiers via email to As per official notification.
- Alternatively, candidates are allowed to come for the Interview with all relevant documents without any prior application.
- Attend the Document Verification at the Venue of Interview on 10 Jul 2026 between 09:00 am to 09:30 am. Only candidates whose documents are verified will be allowed to attend the interview.
- Appear for the Walk-in-Interview on 10 Jul 2026 (Friday) for all the posts & departments at the Chamber of the Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Beltola, Guwahati-781022.
- If selected, candidates will have to furnish a Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque for an amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) drawn in favour of "ESI Fund Account No. 1" payable at Guwahati, towards security deposit.
