IGNCA is looking to fill one position for the role of Project Manager.
Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements to be considered for the Project Manager post.
Educational QualificationApplicants should possess a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or Art History, Museology, History, Fine Arts, Conservation, Anthropology, or a related field from a recognized University.
Age LimitThe maximum age limit for candidates is 40 years as of 01 April 2026.
Work ExperienceA minimum of 5 years of prior work experience is required. This experience should be in programme management, including organizing events, exhibitions, marketing, project design, and outreach activities within the arts and culture sector. Experience can be in an individual capacity or as part of a government or private arts organization.
Additional desirable experience includes working with artisan clusters, NGOs, or government projects. Proficiency in MS Office, basic proposal writing, and event management skills are also beneficial. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential.
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 75,000/- per month. This amount is negotiable based on the candidate's experience and suitability for the job.
The selection of candidates will be based on a Walk-in Interview. Candidates are advised to report for the interview on the specified date and time with all necessary documents.
Interested and eligible candidates should attend the Walk-in Interview. They are required to bring a filled application form (as provided in the official notification), an updated resume, and self-attested copies of all their testimonials. This includes academic marksheets (from 10th standard onwards) and experience certificates.
Candidates must also bring original and a copy of their Identity Proof, such as an Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter-ID, or Driving License. Original certificates will be verified at the time of reporting, and only eligible candidates will be allowed to participate in the interview.
If selected, candidates will need to submit two reference letters/testimonials from previous employers or institutions within one month of joining. These reference letters should have been issued within the last month.
