IIIT Kalyani has announced a limited number of vacancies for the Assistant Registrar post.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Assistant Registrar position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years. This age limit is calculated as of the last date for online application.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Essential: A postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent, along with an excellent academic record.
• Desirable:
• A First Class MBA from a recognized University/Institute.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with the industry.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in areas like Campus Placements, Corporate Relations, Public Relations, Career/Human Resources Development, or Training in a reputed institution.
• Excellent Communication Skills, PR, liaison, and relationship-building abilities.

All experience required for the post will be considered after acquiring the essential qualification.

Salary / Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration for the Assistant Registrar post.

No other allowances will be paid for this contractual post.

Selection Process

The selection process for the Assistant Registrar position will be based on the qualifications and experience. IIIT Kalyani reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on desirable qualifications and experience, or other criteria higher than the minimum prescribed. Candidates called for an interview will not be guaranteed selection.
