Candidates must meet the following educational and age requirements:
Educational QualificationThe qualification must be from a recognized University/Institute as a regular full-time course. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST and PwBD candidates for reserved seats).
Candidates awaiting their qualifying examination results are not eligible. Qualifications acquired through part-time, correspondence, or distance education are not accepted. Candidates with higher professional qualifications like BE/B.Tech, MBA, CA, LLB, MCA are not eligible.
Age LimitThe minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age is 24 years as of 30.09.2026 for General/EWS candidates.

Candidates who have completed five years after acquiring the prescribed qualification as of the reckoning date are not eligible. Candidates with one year or more of job experience after obtaining their qualification are also not eligible.
