MOIL Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, has announced recruitment for the post of Manager (Survey) (E-02). This recruitment is being done through a walk-in interview process.

The recruitment is for the post of Manager (Survey) (E-02). There are 3 vacancies announced, all under the Unreserved (UR) category.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements to be eligible for the Manager (Survey) post.

• Graduate from a recognized University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Must possess a Surveyor's Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).

• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in underground mine surveying.
• This includes at least 2 years of experience in the immediate lower IDA pay scale of ₹40,000–1,40,000 or equivalent CDA pay scale in a PSU/Government organization. (For internal candidates, this experience requirement is 1 year).
• For candidates from the private sector, the annual Cost to Company (CTC) should be a minimum of ₹9.94 lakh.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for the post of Manager (Survey) is 35 years as of 07 October 2026. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/physically challenged categories as per Government guidelines. The maximum age limit, including all relaxations, should not exceed 53 years as of 07 October 2026.

Compensation and Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be placed in the E-2 grade with a pay scale of ₹50,000–1,60,000 per month during the probation period of 1 year. In addition to the basic pay, candidates will receive Dearness Allowance, HRA, perquisites, allowances under the cafeteria approach, and Performance Related Pay (PRP) as applicable. Other benefits like Leave, Free Medical Attention, Contributory Provident Fund, Family Pension, Gratuity, and Group Superannuation Cash Accumulation Scheme will also be provided.

Application Fee

A demand draft of ₹590/- (including GST) is required, drawn in favour of MOIL Limited, Nagpur, payable at Nagpur. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex-servicemen & PwD categories are exempted from paying the application fee.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in a Walk-In-Interview. All original documents related to academic qualification, professional qualification, date of birth, caste, and experience must be produced at the time of the interview.

Interested and eligible candidates should appear for the Walk-In-Interview on 07 October 2026 at the specified venue. Candidates need to bring the application form (downloadable from the MOIL website), along with all relevant original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies. A demand draft for the application fee (if applicable) must also be submitted.

Important Instructions

• Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
• Candidates employed with Government/Semi-Govt./Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous bodies must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
• Candidates will be reimbursed their to and fro railway fare (AC-II tier) or bus fare by the nearest route for a single person upon production of proof.
