Applications are invited from officers working under the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, autonomous bodies, or statutory bodies. Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for each post, which generally involves holding analogous posts on a regular basis or having a certain number of years of service in a lower grade.
