• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience is required as of 01/10/2026. This must include at least 3 years in ash utilization or ash management, preferably in a thermal power plant or any industry dealing with ash.

Preference may be given to candidates with relevant additional qualifications and work experience in Coal Based Thermal Power Plants. Candidates with less than six months of work experience in any organization will not be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a fixed Cost to Company (CTC) of Rs. 19,00,000/- per annum. Additionally, there is a variable pay component of up to 19% of the fixed CTC, based on performance. Other allowances and reimbursements will be provided as per OPGC policy.
