Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
NationalityAn applicant must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India. Candidates from the last four categories need an eligibility certificate from the Government of India.
Educational QualificationThe minimum educational qualification must have been obtained on or before 30.06.2026 from a university or institute recognised by UGC/AICTE, following a 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent.
Working knowledge of computers is mandatory for all candidates.

Candidates must have been born not earlier than 30.06.1996 and not later than 30.06.2005 (both dates inclusive).

Selected candidates will receive a basic pay in the scale of ₹82,485-4050(14)-(4)-156745, along with other admissible allowances. The approximate gross pay at Metropolitan centres is ₹1,10,000 per month. Additional benefits include Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, and National Pension System (NPS). Leased accommodation may also be provided as per company rules.
Candidates must execute a guarantee bond to serve the company for a minimum of five years, including the probation period. Early resignation may attract liquidated damages and an onboarding cost of ₹35,000.
